We weren't about to open a distillery without whiskey so we borrowed some from friends while we can work on our own. This single barrel, Bottled in Bond, 100 proof whiskey has a smooth 21% Rye sour mash bill and hits just the right spot. It is only available in our tasting room, but it would make a great addition to your home bar.  Try it in a classic cocktail or by itself, either way it's delicious.
