Cafe Tonico

Inspired by a drink at a cafe in Mexico City. This cocktail is refreshing and sweetly satisfying.

1 oz. Evergreen Alpine Liqueur

2 oz. Cold Brew

-Tonic Water

1. Add Evergreen and cold brew to rocks glass

2. Add ice and top with tonic water

3. Garnish with lemon wedge and lavender spring
