Think a pink martini is a wussy drink? You're dead wrong. This 1950's classic is boozy and delicious enough to keep the Rat Pack kicking for years. It's a drink that everyone should know how to make.
We use our house-made Montpelier Orange Liqueur in it, but pretty much any Orange Liqueur / Dry Curacao / Triple Sec will do.
Pro Tip: Rim your glass before you flame your orange peel and throw it away after to avoid sute in your drink! If you want a pretty garnish, add a new peel.
2 oz. Longleaf Vodka
3/4 oz. Montpelier Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to shaker
Add ice & shake until chilled
Strain into martini glass
Garnish with flamed orange peel
