Tiki drinks are fun for summer and are a joy to drink. Luckily this one doesn't have a ton of strange ingredients, making it a lot easier to pull off at home. You can easily cruch ice with a hammer and a cloth bag or dish towel. Topping the drink with the Alba is largely for color and a little complexity. Feel free to mix it in with the other ingredients as you like.
1 1/2 oz. Evergreen Alpine Liqueur
1/2 oz. Alba Thistle Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
Add ingredients except Alba to highball glass
Add crushed ice and stir
Top with Alba
Garnish with pineapple wedge and fresh mint
